Alquería Education implements a methodology for strengthening children’s skills, encouraging teamwork and developing reflective thinking.
They contacted us in order to develop new tools to help them with the manage of daily tasks in their Quality Management system.
This project was set out with an ambitious tarjet: the centre comprehensive management. To achieve this objective, an agile methodology was implemented so that the customer could be involved in every step of the development process.
The project was divided into several phases which were prioritised, developed and implemented dynamically according to the centre’s needs. In the early phases, Teaching Management, internal Organisation and Administration tools were created.
At a later time, overall improvements in terms of Communication were developed: a responsive webpage, an active contribution in Social Networks (specialised blogs, Facebook and Twitter) and a private area for families.
SEO and Performance optimisation techniques were both applied in order to obtain a better Google ranking. As a launch support, some special marketing campaigns in Facebook and Google Adwords were conducted.
This project, which started in 2010 and continues to this day, has allowed this centre to improve its management and communication of its philosophy.
Several tools have been internally developed with the intention of centralising information and processes, making them more accessible to the entire team. As a cloud-based software, team members have access to it from any device. This system provides them with continuous improvements.
In addition, the centre’s image in Internet and its organic positioning have been strengthened to the point of being able to manage it without publicity campaigns, which had already been paid.
This project currently continues with the development of new tools and new goals.
